Surfing in Ireland? Who would have guessed… That’s one bet I would have lost. But as you can see from the surfing video below, Ireland’s west coast has become a surf spot for big wave surfing over the past few years! The story illustrated in the video is called “Driven”, one of the most interesting surfing stories to come out of Britain.

Surfers Alastair Mennie and Andrew Cotton share their first experiences as a tow team, training sessions, and big wave surfing runs. See one of the most incredible wipeouts in world surfing and many huge wave sessions since.
